These watch lines are designed to meet the standards of his supporters, grab the attention of new interests, and change the way we view time. Each is unique... just like its customers.
Artistry Production Process
The machining of parts and components is the most industrialized aspect of watch making. Round and cylindrical parts (screws, wheels, studs and pinions) along with bridges, bars, plates and springs are first blanked out then heat treated to enhance various physical properties.
Machining the cases, dials and crown are delicate and time consuming - Each component enters a long journey before becoming true art.
Elaborate Finishing Process
After completion of all functional machining operations, the finishing process consists of a series of refined manipulation to add to its appeal and character.
Now, a NEW BABY timepiece is born!
Stringent Quality Controls
Before any timepiece is released from our factory, it has to meet and exceed the following standards:
- All All HCW and Artistry in Time watches are produced Nickel Free and Hypo-Allergenic.
- Every timepiece is fitted with a precision Miyota quartz analog or a precision Miyota automatic movement.
- Components must demonstrate accuracy and each is tested to meet a high level of standards regarding reliability and quality at every stage of production.
- The design and craftmanship must compliment the quality of the mechanism.
- State of the art imprinting and precision casting and wiring technologies are used to ensure all original artwork is reproduced perfectly to specification.
- The final process is a visual inspection before the bracelet or strap is joined to the case.
- Once this final stage is complete, Steve Soffa issues a Certificate of Authenticity.
We are committed to bringing you the most artistic hand crafted timepieces in the Industry!
